Warranty Policy
If your socks have not held up over time or it arrived with a quality issue, we have your back (foot). We will replace your socks with the same or similar sock that you originally purchased. All you have to do is fill out our warranty form.
What the warranty covers
- Premature wear
- Problems with fit or comfort
- Quality control issues
What Is Not Covered
A lot of brands have lifetime guarantees and it seems like they all mean different things. We too have a limit to what we can take responsibility for. This does not mean we will not work with you given varying circumstances; we know that life happens, but we do have to set some guidelines.
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage due to pets, insects, or wild animals
- Moth damage from improper storage
- Burn damage
- Lost or stolen products
- Improper care or washing
